On successful completion of a course of study, students must fill out an Application for Award form and/or a Statement of Attainment Application form to receive their certificate.

The application forms are available from administration at reception. Student needs to ensure that all details are filled correctly. Administration will acknowledge receipt of the application form and a copy will be given to students.

Before issuing any certificate, Administration will check to ensure that students have no outstanding financial liabilities to the institute. The status of the course /unit completion will be checked by administration, verified by the program manager and authorized by the institute PEO. The award and/or statement of attainment will be printed and signed by the PEO.

The award and/or statement of attainment will then be dispatched as per the preferred mode selected on the application.
